Promotional rates, if offered, apply only for stated terms and may convert to standard renewal pricing. Taxes, including VAT/GST where applicable, are assessed based on billing jurisdiction and legal requirements.
Acceptable Use
Use of services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. Prohibited activities include malware distribution, phishing, spam campaigns, unlawful data access, and abusive traffic patterns that harm platform stability.
We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action including traffic filtering, temporary suspension, account restrictions, or termination.

You grant us a limited license to process and store customer content solely to deliver contracted services, maintain backups, and perform security operations.
Service Level Agreement
Certain products include uptime commitments, commonly 99.99%, documented in plan-level SLA terms. SLA calculations exclude scheduled maintenance, upstream incidents outside our control, force majeure events, and customer-caused outages.
Where SLA thresholds are not met, eligible customers may request service credits according to claim procedures and time limits specified in the SLA policy.
Termination
You may terminate services through the client area using documented cancellation workflows. We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, policy violations, legal requests, or threats to network security.
After termination, data retention and deletion follow service-specific and legal retention rules. It is your responsibility to maintain independent backups of critical data.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mukdi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or data loss resulting from use or inability to use services.
Aggregate liability for claims arising from a specific service is limited to the amount paid by you for that service during the preceding billing period, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction specified in your order agreement or invoice issuer terms. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith support escalation and billing review channels before formal proceedings.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. These Terms, together with incorporated policies, form the complete agreement between you and Mukdi for the covered services.
