30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Mukdi offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible first-time hosting purchases. The guarantee is designed to reduce risk for new customers evaluating performance, support quality, and service suitability.

The guarantee applies only where explicitly stated on the product order form or invoice. If a product does not list money-back eligibility, standard non-refundable billing terms apply.

Eligible Services

Commonly eligible services include select entry hosting products such as:

  • First-time shared hosting plans purchased directly through official channels.
  • Certain VPS tiers marked as guarantee-eligible at checkout.
  • Qualifying bundled plans where hosting is the primary billed service.

Eligibility is determined per invoice line item, not by account-level assumption. Always review product terms in the checkout flow.

Non-Refundable Items

Unless required by applicable law, the following are generally non-refundable:

  • Domain registrations, renewals, redemptions, and transfer fees.
  • SSL certificates, software licenses, and third-party add-ons.
  • Dedicated server setup fees and custom hardware procurement costs.
  • Migration labor outside included promotional scopes.
  • Renewals, upgrades, and add-ons purchased after initial order activation.

Refund Process

To request a refund, submit a billing ticket from your authenticated client area account. Include the invoice number, service identifier, and reason for cancellation. This information helps us review eligibility and detect billing anomalies quickly.

Refund requests submitted through third-party marketplaces or unauthorized channels may require additional verification and can delay processing.

Timeframes

Requests must be submitted within the applicable guarantee window, usually 30 calendar days from initial purchase date. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, subject to payment provider settlement timings.

Bank transfer and card-network delays are outside our direct control. If a refund remains unposted after expected timelines, contact billing support with gateway reference details.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are not guaranteed and may be issued only where legally required or where specific contract terms provide prorated treatment. In general, prepaid or discounted annual terms are billed as fixed commitments.

If a partial credit is approved, it may be applied as account balance rather than cash payout depending on payment method constraints and local regulations.
